Hype House Creator Group Members, Ages, Trivia

The collective – which was originally called the House of Olympus, FYI – was formed by Lil Huddy and Thomas Petrou. Days ahead of the Hype House reality show's January 7 release date, Netflix dropped an official trailer, and it was definitely worth the wait. Apparently, Chase is the group’s ~scout~ and told the New York Times he’s looking for people who are talented, weird, funny, or “extremely good-looking.” Cool, where do I apply. JK, it’s a rental mansion in one of Los Angeles’s wealthy gated communities, and according to kinda old pics from the New York Times, it has a giant backyard, a giant pool, a giant kitchen, and almost no furniture. The upcoming Netflix series stars a healthy mix of new and old talent.

The first TikTok mansion was a Spanish-style abode located in Los Angeles. It boasts a palatial backyard, a huge pool, and enormous living quarters. But while the house has so much space, it didn’t have a lot of furniture. There was a time when Los Angeles’ million-dollar mansions were owned almost exclusively by business magnates, Hollywood stars, or heirs to massive fortunes. But those times are long gone, and ambitious young entrepreneurs and social media stars are snapping up luxurious properties in the most exclusive areas. Hype House was formed in December by some of TikTok’s most talked-about stars.

The 11,293 square foot mansion is situated within a gated community and spans 20 acres of land in total, according to The Cinemaholic. It boasts over 11,000 square feet of living space with a massive garage that can fit up to 7 cars. The indoor area features extra high ceilings, long hallways, and stone fireplaces that cozy up the massive space. Originally built in 1998, the house sits on 20 acres of land and is located inside a gated community.

Where is Hype House, the TikTok mansion?

But new houses for TikTok’s biggest stars are popping up all the time. A California mansion made famous by the influential TikTok collective that once lived there is up for grabs. Living in a multi-million dollar mansion with your closest friends may sound like a dream, but for Hype House’s resident TikTok influencers, it’s not all pleasure — it’s business.

When does the Hype House reality show air?

Clubhouse BH is also the overarching brand that runs content houses Just A House, Dance Dome, and Society Las Vegas. Additionally, they have created ‘Clubhouse Explore’, an account adjacent to Clubhouse where they document their travels. After Daisy Keech fell out with members of the Hype House, she left and formed Clubhouse BH with Abby Rao. However, the brand now looks very different from how it started with an entirely new group of members that seem to regularly turn over. In December 2020, however, rumors of the Sway House closing down were rife, much to fans’ dismay.

There are several spacious rooms on the mansion's open-plan ground floor.

The 20-acre estate, best known as the incubator in Netflix’s Hype House, is located in Camarillo’s Santa Rosa Valley and just hit the market for $5.5 million with Michelle Meyers of The Agency. “We have year-olds living in a $5 million house together, filming content all day,” the collective’s co-founder, Thomas Petrou, said in the reality show. “It just doesn’t sound real.” Former members include social media powerhouses Charli D’Amelio, Dixie D’Amelio, and Addison Rae, who collectively have nearly 300 million TikTok followers. The new Netflix series mainly takes place at Hype House’s newest and perhaps most elaborate mansion yet.

“Imagine a fraternity filled with people who have millions of followers — and dollars — and like a ring light,” beauty influencer Nikita Dragun says in Netflix’s Hype House series trailer. Yup, Hype House is the name of a TikTok collective comprised of teenage and early 20-something influencers who create content together, and make lots of money doing so, at a mansion in Los Angeles. In fact, to give themselves more buying power, social media influencers, YouTube creators, and TikTok stars have started teaming up to purchase or rent upscale mansions throughout the City of Angels. When Netflix announced they were making a reality show about the TikTok Hype House, people had thoughts. “Why are you giving these talentless, boring, unoriginal, privileged people a show? ” reads a viral change.org petition signed by nearly 23,000 people that calls for Netflix to cancel Hype House.

Where Is The Hype House Mansion?

The Hype House collectively appear to have a large number of cars — many are often shown to be parked on the mansion's long driveway. Annon and Warren have since moved out of the mansion, as revealed in November 2021 by Petrou in a YouTube upload titled "They moved out…". This area of the house looks out over the rolling hills surrounding the mansion. The Hype House collective are shown spending a lot of time in their expansive backyard.

And while Netflix has yet to announce a second season, that might be all they need to land a renewal. High-profile attendees like Dragun, Rae, and the D’Amelio sisters were especially criticized for flouting guidelines as the number of cases were climbing to record highs in California. In addition, many of the attendees kept silent on whether they contracted coronavirus.

In Netflix’s new reality series, aptly titled Hype House, viewers will get an inside look at the collective, its members, and how everything functions, for better or worse. Hype House premieres Jan. 7, 2022, so here’s a Hype House primer that will come in handy as you binge Netflix’s latest guilty pleasure. In June 2020, the group moved to the Clout House – a popular real estate property that used to be the residence of YouTube content creators including FaZe Banks, Alissa Violet and Rice Gum. The house itself is a Spanish-style mansion perched at the top of a gated street. The Hype House, which started in December, is the most popular TikTok collective comprising some of the most followed TikTokers ever.

Prior to their face reveal, they collaborated with big industry names such as Lizzo, King Bach, DanRue, and Nathan Davis Jr. The V@ult is a TikTok house launched in mid-April 2020, and is run by talent agency Six Degrees of Influence. The creators have previously collaborated with Danielle Cohn and former Disney star Kyle Massey. Many of the house’s members also live in what they’re referring to as the ‘Triller House’ – but this doesn’t seem to be a name that has stuck. The comedy star is one of the most recent additions to the group, as he officially joined in January of 2021.

While Tayler Holder is still a member of the Hype House, he has since moved out with Nate, Kellyanne, and a few others. Although these two groups live separately, they are still described as being members. The official Hype House photographer, Bryant, is an honorary member and responsible for capturing most of the behind-the-scene moments you see on his popular Instagram page. Like Nikita, Sienna is also not an "official" part of Hype House who got to participate in the Netflix series.
